Are you looking for the happiest maxi dress on the block? I’ve found it for you. This lovely black and yellow dress is seriously sunshine in dress form. I picked it up during my Target try-on haul a few weeks ago and the weather is just now feeling right for this look. I’m always a fan of yellow but I don’t tend to buy it, which makes me wonder why?
