Faster Way to Fat Loss - our first round thoughts and pictures
If you follow us on Instagram Stories, then you know we've been doing the Faster Way to Fat Loss program. It's a 7 week program, the first week being prep week. It combines intermittent fasting with carb cycling for real fat loss. We are almost to the end of this round, currently in the middle of the last week.
