Don’t forget to go to La Orotava while you visit Tenerife because it is a lovely city with such a cute city center and great view to the ocean. The best place in La Orotava is a gorgeous garden called the Victoria Gardens. There is a free entry and the gardens are filled with gorgeous flowers. From the highest point of these gardens you get a great view over the whole Orotava, the church towers seem magnificent from over there and also the deep blue ocean is breathtaking. There is also a lovely cafe near by, Restaurante y Cafeteria Liceo de Taoro. It is also a must, as it also has a nice garden in front and the building is spectacular.
