Scallops in Saigon
Similar Hat | Sunglasses Dress | Similar Belt Bag | Sandals If I had to sum myself up in a dress - this would be it! Scallops, colour, dramatic sleeves and a fuller skirt, it just makes my heart pitter patter. I wore it for our first day walking around Saigon. I loved that the fabric felt light considering we were exploring in 35 degree weather - yikes! For sizing reference this is a Small (I don't believe there was an XS for reference) and I did find belting the waist portion of the dress helped eliminate any gaping. ...
