With the second wave, Covid measures are more strict again. Resilience is the word we need to put into practice even more. On the daily basis we are confronted with this and one day we can cope with it better than the other. Knowing we all experience a breakdown at some point, I really hope you’re doing well under circumstances. What I’ve learned is that it’s really important to talk to someone about your struggles.
