Mala-Chains and Bracelets – a very special gift
As avid yogi and meditation teacher I have brought along a very special gift idea (and a gift) for all of you yoga and meditation lovers: I’m talking about Mala-chains and bracelets.
But what exactly is a “Mala”? Well, the word Mala (माला, spoken mālā) is a word from ancient Sanskrit (the language in which also all the yoga poses were originally named) and it’s meaning is basically “meditation wreath”.
