Losing It (WFH)
Another day WFH, another pencil skirt. It turns out lockdown and sitting on my butt for 9 months has not been that kind. I need to lose around 10kg, particularly if the wedding does go ahead later this year! I barely ran at all last year, I started the year injured and took two months off, then the schools shut so for six months I barely had any time to myself. From September I recorded 30 odd miles some weeks then 0 the following which is rubbish and very demotivating. Not the right time to start, but I'm doing dry January, have run most days this year so far and increased my fruit and vegetable intake now that Christmas is over and all the associated...
