MAKEUP & SKINCARE PRODUCTS I'M USING DURING PREGNANCY
Let me just say, WOW. I had no idea how many products I was going to need to switch out while I was pregnant. I knew there were foods & drinks that I wasn't supposed to have (goodbye hotdogs & sushi) but once I found out I was pregnant, I did a deeper dive into my skincare products and was surprised at how many of my products had ingredients that could be harmful to baby. Reminder, I am NOT a doctor. All of this info came from research that I did personally. SKINCARE Sunscreen: Pre Pregnancy, I used Sun Bum sunscreens pretty regularly. Finding a safe sunscreen that's wasn't a 'chemical' sunscreen was one of the top two...
