Hair Full of Secrets (WFH)
Well, when I say secrets in the title of this post, what I meant was sweat. I ran 5.5 miles on Monday night knowing we were planning to run 4 miles Tuesday morning before our 40 minute online PT class. Then I threw a 4 mile run in on Tuesday night with my sister. No one needs to wash their hair that many times in 24 hours so I left it in a bun until Tuesday night and gave it a much needed wash in the evening when Joe was on calls with his team in America. I did toy with the idea of a face mask and my book in the bath, painting my finger and toenails etc but somehow, none of that happened. I need to crack on with my library books as the library will be back open soon...
