Burda 7065 -- The Crisscross Halter Dress!
This dress has been in my to-sew pile for many, many summers. I'd pull it out and put it back. I happened to run across it a few weeks ago, and I promised myself that this is the summer for it. This is Burda 7065. I think it may be out of print. The Simplicity.com website is horrible to navigate, so I'm not bothering to try and link to it. But I will say this, you can make a top or a dress and it's probably the quickest and easiest thing I've cut out and sewn in a while. There are only 2 pattern pieces, the front and the back.
