Morning everyone. Thanks for joining me today. I can't believe it's the first day of October tomorrow and just like that Autumn has arrived. It's like a big switch has been clicked on ... I've been cold for the last two days! I've started a Keto diet again, since putting on the two stone I lost I've decided now is the time. I'm only on day 4, but it seems to be going well so far. 👍 So with changed weather I've been wearing jeans more recently. I need to get some warmer dresses and maybe a couple more vests and jumpers so I can layer up in order to still wear the dresses I've got.
