I love my first version of this top so much, that I've made it again, almost exactly the same, just in a different colourway.This time I made necessary adjustments to the bust darts and cut the back on the fold. Again, I lowered the neckline and tried to adjust the front neckline to prevent gaping, but I think I might hand stitch a few small tucks as the pleated trim is pulling it down a little.I love this fabric (from this Etsy seller, but she only appears to have a green and purple version in her shop right now), which is a little funny because I don't love horses. This colourway goes nicely with my red pants, which still need buttons, but I'm going to wear them today...
