The Reset & Recharge Plan
Your girl’s had a good time in 2021. Like, a really…really….really G O O D gluttony filled time. It was a personal choice for me to take some time off being so regimented and just kinda do whatever struck my fancy….maybe I’d work out 4-5 times/week, maybe I wouldn’t…..maybe I’d intermittent fast…..maybe I’d get two Starbucks chais before noon. Leading up to my 40th Bday meant some pretty specific personal goals mentally and physically….truth be told, I wanted to be in my best shape….and I’m happy to report I strolled into the next decade...
