Let’s Brighten Up January – The Thrifty Six
It was my turn to choose a theme for this month’s Thrifty Six post and I wanted it to be joyful; the reason being that January is such a dreary month. It just so happens that today is what’s known as “Blue Monday” – supposedly the most miserable day of the year. I wrote a post about it four years ago with tips on how to survive it. I’m making a real effort to take my own advice because every year I think I’m getting through it ok, only for something to knock me off kilter.
