800 repeats (2/11/22)
Today I did half mile Repeats. The training plan only suggested this one other time. It was so hard in October and so hard today. The heat made it even worse today. I did not make my times. I didn't make it last time. This time I was really short on time so I kept looping near my house and cut the cooldown short when I just couldn't stay out any longer. I didn't get enough time to cooldown or stretch. Then I showered and immediately sat for a meeting for an hour. My muscles are not happy with me.
