Le Demoiselle

This is my outfit for this week’s SIA, inspired by Picasso’s seminal “ Les Demoiselles d’Avignon “. The outfit actually came together quite quickly for me – I don’t have a lot of pink in my closet, which makes selecting the right items much easier. As for the rest, I knew I’d wear this skirt, because its stripes of beige and blueish gray are a perfect mimic of the painting’s background, and I also added a belt for the darker splashes of brown.
