Not Taking to France (Casual Style)
Last week I was firmly into "things I'm not taking to France" territory when getting dressed. Unfortunately, the stunning weather forecast for the French House part of the holiday turned into constant rain so my grand plans for taking all my 'proper summer' clothes fell apart at the seams. Hence these wafty H&M shorts will be staying at home. I had thought that a basic black v-neck tee would be quite useful as a wardrobe staple but so far, I've worn it twice. Perhaps it was purchased at the wrong time of year (very early summer) so we'll see if autumn brings more opportunity. Tee - recent Marks & Spencer Shorts - old H&M Slides - old New Look...
