The Lake

Let me tell you about the lake. It’s long, as in it’s like an oval stretched out. At its deepest it’s 42 meters deep. And over the last few decades, it’s won awards for the cleanest water. But mostly, I remember all the times I swam in it as a kid, and all the trouble we got into in the forest surrounding it.
