Nineteen Miles (Summer Style)
Last Thursday I woke up, packed my running backpack with water and snacks and took myself off on a 19 mile road run! I've got a couple of very long runs coming up and might have to run the longest of them on my own as my running buddy caught Covid on holiday mid-August and is having to start again fitness wise. I ran a marathon in March two weeks after the Covid all clear and it probably wasn't my wisest move so kudos for being ultra sensible. It took me 3h:16m to run the 19 miles, I was in no rush as it was a "time on my feet" exercise.
