Hi there everyone, thanks for joining me today. What have you been doing this week? I've been all behind this week and most probably the reason being I've been going down with a cold. Two of my daughter's have had it and it's been going round the grand-kids, so no surprise I got it! It's left me feeling really tired with a barking cough and sore chest - I'm hoping it doesn't turn into something more sinister and have been chucking paracetamol and ibuprofen down my throat and drinking honey and lemon at every opportunity (with a brandy in it at night - for medicinal purposes you understand). Fortunately I haven't had either dance classes this week and cancelled...
