Early Morning Light
A couple of times last week when it was really warm overnight, I set my alarm for 6am as the children weren't over and took myself off out for a walk in the glorious morning light before getting ready for work. Sure, I was playing Pokemon Go at the same time but it was so lovely to feel warm and watch the sun come up over the trees. What surprised me was just how many people were also out at that time; power walking, running, cycling, walking dogs. Perhaps like me, they were all trying to cram as much outside time in as possible before we lose the light in a month or so!
