Interrupted Reading
Here’s my outfit for this week’s SIA, inspired by Camille Corot’s “ Interrupted Reading “. The outfit came very easily for me – white top, beige skirt, brown/black accents, done and done. I’m missing a bit of red/orange from the coral beads and the tablecloth, but I added my pearl brooch as a nod to the woman’s headdress (and she’s also wearing a pearl necklace). Anyway, this is a bittersweet SIA for me, because while I absolutely love the artwork and was quite happy with my interpretation, we’re also saying goodbye to Terri. Thank you, Terri!
