Shift Work
The good old British weather kept catching me out this week. I wore an exact repeat of this outfit to the office on Monday and was so hot I had to crack the window a smidge. Lulled into a false sense of mild temperatures, I made the rookie error of not taking an extra layer on Wednesday and was so cold in this shirt and shift combo that I had to wear my coat much of the afternoon.... Always, always take a knit layer in winter! Still, this dress was a good buy - £10 at the Boden pop up sale in Newbury a year ago. Sadly nothing similar is on the Boden calendar this year, Joe even asked me in the week as he got some real bargains himself which he has worn week in...
