As a stylist and fashion teacher I use Spring- Summer trends, (or Fall-winter trends) mostly as a guideline to keep stylish and current. In practice, trends are there to whet your appetite- to change or freshen things up a bit. Now, depending on where you look, the information on trends can be inundating and super overwhelming!
