Blue Cloisonne
This is another of my old outfits from last year that I didn’t get to post. I still remember how the outfit came about – I built it around my cloisonne brooch. The embroideries on the collar (you can see them in the close-up), the cut-outs on my flats, and the laces (both the lace trim on the collar and the laces of the shoes) are a nod to the intricate pattern of the flowers on the brooch. So it may look simple, but there were a lot of thoughts put into it.
