The Thrifty Six are “Unbuttoned”
It was Shelbee’s turn to set the theme for this month’s Thrifty Six challenge and she chose “Unbuttoned”. I was glad of an easy one with everything else going on. Wearing a shirt dress as a duster was the first thing that came to mind. This dress works well worn unbuttoned because it has a robe-like look with the flared sleeves. I bought it on eBay a few years ago and have only worn it once before, that time as a dress. Keeping to a colour palette of blue and white with red accents, I layered the dress over a striped tee and jeans. The bag belonged to my mum and picks out the cute cherry motif on the dress.
