The Thrifty Six are Inspired by Gucci
It was my turn to choose a theme for this month’s Thrifty Six challenge, and I was quite ambitious with this one! After trying to think of something different to the other themes we’ve done, the idea of “Inspired by Gucci” came from Pinterest. (I have a board dedicated solely to Gucci.) The algorithm certainly seems to know my tastes in fashion! The bold patterns and rich, luxurious fabrics such as velvet and tweed are definitely my style. And they are perfect for autumn too. Big bow blouses and men’s ties feature a lot at Gucci My outfit is based on a look from the A/W 2016 collection, but a toned down version. I could have pushed the boat...
