Copycat Chick-Fil-A Sandwiches (With Higher Protein!) These crispy, baked chicken sandwiches are a better for you, high protein version of a spicy Chick-fil-a sandwiches! My whole family LOVES them! They can easily be made without the spicy sauce.
Copycat Chick-Fil-A Sandwiches
Recipe:
5 large chicken breast, pounded thin and cut in half

3/4 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 tap garlic

1/2 c liquid egg whites
1 Tbsp Franks Red Hot

4 cups corn flakes, crushed well
Sauce:
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp Franks Red Hot
1 Tbsp ketchup
1/2 Tbsp pickle juice
