Hi there everyone. How are you? Another busy week with Shrove Tuesday in the middle of it. We had to have pancakes on Tuesday, so some of the kids came round to enjoy them too. Sophie made a huge pot of batter and after our dinner of spicy meatballs and pasta David set about making them. He made probably about 20! We all had different toppings but can you guess what I had? My favourite additions are banana and caramel which was divine. I only had one even though he’d made so many but to be honest that one was enough.
