Another month, another eclectic selection of books. Let’s go!
The Hedge Knight by George R. R. Martin:
I’ve given up on Game of Thrones/A Song of Ice and Fire long ago, but after seeing the new spin-off show, A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms , getting some good reviews, I decided to check it out. The show is great, so then I picked up the first book in the series and was happy to see that it’s a very faithful adaptation (unlike GoT *coughs coughs*). The book is better in some areas, and the show is better in other areas, but overall, I highly recommend both. Plus, it’s only a novella, so it’s a quick read. I’m looking...
