Whoa, I can’t believe I managed 6 books this month! (To be fair, two of them are really short) Anyway, here we are:
How to Catch a Mole by Marc Hamer:
The blurb describes this as a memoir that draws from the author’s experience with homelessness in rural England as a teen and his work as a gardener and mole catcher, so I was expecting something similar to “Braiding Sweetgrass” that combines a memoir narrative with observations about nature, but this turns out to be a lot more meditative.
