Abstract

Last week, I mentioned how I always try to match my accessories (i.e., my brooches) to the embroideries on my clothes. Here is a less obvious example: the embroidery on this top is more of an abstract, generic floral design that looks vaguely Art Nouveau-ish to me, so I went with my Art Nouveau leaf clip as a nod to it. Plus, the clip fits nicely into this cutout at the neckline, so win-win :))
