July 10 on the 10th: Preview!
I don’t like the Fourth of July. There, I said it. As I type this, I’m hoping all the fireworks and whatever have been used up. It rained and stormed on the Fourth, but that didn’t stop people in the neighborhoods around us from shooting off theirs. Legally, they can start the day before and go until the day after a holiday like the Fourth. And, they can go until 1:00am, I think, on those days. Honestly, I’m pretty sure a lot of them are illegal because our house literally shakes when some of those big boomers go off. Don’t quote me on this, but I think people who purchase these just have to sign a paper saying they’re not going to let them...
