Dear Dress Lovers, Sometimes I just want an owl on my clothes. So put one there, I said to myself. Recently I came across the most adorable little child's T-shirt at the thrift store. I knew it wouldn't fit anyone in the family at the moment, but I totally coveted the owl on the front of it for myself! Altered couture? Why not? I already had a delicate gray T-shirt at home and a brown and white polka dotted skirt, both needing something, so for a dollar I brought the owl T-shirt home. An hour later, I had a fun dress.
