{Monthly Collaboration} October Must Reads
Question of the month: What did you eat today?
This question made me laugh a little - I'm not sure you really care what I'm eating and quite truthfully, as of late, it's been less than healthy. With travel for work it's been a lot of eating on the go. This list includes bits of today and yesterday, so here we go:
Breakfast: Chocolate Shake
As a Mama on the go I usually drink one of these (packed with a great daily dose of vitamins) on my way to work. Warning: these are only drinkable when served extremely cold!
Lunch: Varies
I'm back counting calories - not to lose weight but to monitor what I'm taking in on a daily basis. I have a horrible...
