Time to get a grip people! I've been eating Halloween candy like there is NO tomorrow, so a reset is in order. Today I started a Shakeology 3 Day Cleanse! On the cleanse, you have Shakeology for breakfast, a piece of fruit for snack, Shakeology at lunch, green tea for a snack, a salad with chicken for dinner and Shakeology for an evening snack. Day 1, it's dinnertime and I'm hungry! I think most of it is mental actually, but seriously, the HoneyCrisp apple I had as a snack, never tasted so wonderful! This is why I needed to do this reset. I was eating to my taste buds, and have dulled them with things like candy, chips and ice cream. When you eat these treats too...
