The other night I suddenly decided that I wanted to paint polka dots on my nails. This is my first time attempting polka dots but I thought I would share the process with you. 1: Paint your nails and dry completely!! 2: Pour out some nail polish on a piece of paper 3: Use the back (flat side) of a toothpick and dab nail polish on. Stamp 3 dots diagonally across your nail (I used a nail equipment that I purchased in Japan but a toothpick works too!!) 4: Stamp 2 more dots on each side to create a balanced look 5: Ta-da!! I added a heart for fun I'm not a very crafty person so if I can do this anyone can!!...
