DIY Pompom collar sweater

Here is the DIY, as promised. I named it pompom collar sweater. All you have to do is to visit your nearest arts&crafts store (where they have paper, cake decorations and so on) and buy a packet of pompoms. Then you find yourself some needle and thread, and start sewing. I've just randomly placed them from larger to smaller, where the small pompons are closest to my cleavage for the collar effect.
