Is October's outfit inspired by something from Dickens? October can't decide. She tried to be insistent on wearing a different pair of shoes, but her favorite over-worn ankle boots won out in the end. The foundation of this outfit is October's trusty old Mata Traders dress, and despite the trim on top, it layers well with a sweater, cardigan or jacket.
