It a major downpour here in the Emerald City. My survival "outfit" for this type of weather usually consists of the above items for a swift and (mostly) hassle free walk to work. READ: Hunter Rainboots, leggings, and a top knot. Sometimes it doesn't hurt to wear your heart on your sleeve either ;) Happy Tuesday!
