Invisible Layers

One of the mistakes I made while packing for my big move home was that I didn’t keep more of my thick sweaters. Like I said, I didn’t remember it being this cold in Hanoi, so I kept most of my light cardigans and donated about half of my sweaters. True, most of them were pretty old, but I could really use my turtlenecks. So now I have to resort to wearing my lighter sweaters with thermal shirts. My outfit may look light (except for the scarf), but don’t be fooled. I was wearing a thermal shirt underneath my sweater and skinny jeans under my maxi skirt – yes, jeans. My legs get so cold that tights/leggings are not enough. I guess I could just wear...
