Little Blue Riding Hood
The next few days are bringing some of my favorite weather…cold and clear. We get rain all year round here in Oregon, and while I don’t mind the cold, I do mind getting wet. The constant rain here often diverts me away from some purchases, mostly velvet and velveteen garments. You’ll find very little of the plush fabric in my closet. But the rain couldn’t keep me from this stunning 1940s blue velvet coat. And since the weather has decided to play nice, I’m betting it’ll be my go-to coat for the upcoming days.
