Lunch at Los Quetzales, Volcan (Day 3, Part 2)

After visiting the Finca Dracula (see THIS post), we decided to visit Los Quetzales , a beautiful Ecolodge and Resort in Volcan. The owner of the hotel is a high school friend of my dad's, so we got a private tour of the beautiful hotel, its facilities, and even its spa! Everything was made of wood and just felt so cozy . I absolutely LOVED this place! We also decided to have a late lunch there; and boy oh boy , their food was deeeeeelish! The entree, the smoothies, and the dessert was just exceptional.
