Bright blue and hot pink

As I can't wear my mini skirts and dresses for work, they are often what I choose for the weekend or days off. This dress is super short, but with tights and something that covers the upper body better, this dress is wonderful and such a happy piece! Dress: Zara. Boots: Ellos.fi.
