Polka Dots and Ruffles
Top, Sunglasses, Bracelets: F21 // Belt: Unknown // Leggings: Old Navy Heels: Target The funny thing about this outfit is the top. It has ruffles and it's very girly. I'm not a fan of anything too girly and cutesy, because it doesn't really suit me. What makes a HUGE difference is the belt. Belting the top transforms it from a cutesy baby doll top, to an almost regular cool top. (HAHA) Seriously though, it makes a world of difference.
