Beauty How-To: Winged Eyeliner
I love wearing winged eyeliner. I sometimes do a more subtle version for daytime, and a thick, dramatic wing for a night on the town! The trouble, however, is that when friends ask how I get the look, I'm completely unable to explain it. That's why I was so curious to find out how makeup artist Kahlia Adams suggested we all achieve the perfect winged liner. Start by drawing a guide with a white eye pencil, following the lower lash line. Draw a line across the upper lid on the lash line and above the white pencil line, using an angle brush and some black eyeliner. Shadow is easier to remove and control then a gel or liquid...
