Oversized top with sequins short

There's a so called "rule" in styling that a lose or oversized top should go with a tight bottom and vice versa. It's correct unless one is very skinny and tall because having both oversized top and bottom will make a person look like a gigantic pumpkin. Today I'm wearing this balloon sleeves sweater following this rule. I chose a sequin short to pair with the sweater, also a super high-heels to make my legs look longer.
