And a couple outfit shots from the ol' Milwaukee trip. Not to diss any of you faithful readers who might be from Milwaukee -- but it's really the most drab and industrial town I have ever visited. Glad I was there for a conference that gave me something to do for four days, or I might have been bored into an early Wisconsin grave!!! But the conference sessions definitely made this trip top notch fun -- I absolutely can't get enough academics. I know that might sound like the nerdiest statement ever, but I admit to being the nerdiest blogger ever. Spending all my time in lectures on literature and history is like Heaven . Truly. ...
