Not Spring Yet
I have undoubtedly been enjoying the warmer weather and longer days recently, but I know it's not quite spring yet here in central PA. This morning the temps were back in the 20's so I actually took the opportunity to wear boots and a sweater while I still could. This outfit is basically head-to-toe the same concept as this one : a target dress with a sweater belted over it, tights and boots. This is another dress that I got on clearance but knew from the beginning that I'd be wearing it with a cardigan or some other "topper."
