I -very often- get asked what I do to stay in shape and as some of you might have noticed on instagram, I do love exercising. I have been doing sports ever since I was around 12 years old and spent 7 years of my life training track and field, almost to a professional level (in high jump that is).
Working out is such a big part of my life and I don't picture myself not doing sports, I do enjoy exercise a whole lot.
